Thank you Sam 💜// 13/08/2020

As Sam and Laney's partnership has almost ceased, with Sam off to Jaguar next season, i just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to both Sam and the team for an awesome couple of seasons. As most of you are aware, i properly started supporting Sam and the team in Diriyah at the start of last season. Since then, I have made so many friends, and had so many great opportunities. One of which was being asked to represent EVR during the final rounds in berlin in Season 6. It literally was an honour to be asked to do this, and was an opportunity that I couldnt say no to. I got asked whilst eating ice cream in Northern Ireland on holiday in a very nice shop that I wont mention due to me not wanting to product place on this blog post. But i said yes!!! Do i regret that choice. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! It has been one of the most fun periods ive ever had in an EVR shirt. Literally. But seriously, if it wasn't for sam, i wouldnt have got in to formula e to begin with. For me my first formula e race was Berlin in Season 4, and it just got me hooked there and then. Was hoping to go to london this year as well, but that was sidelined due to COVID and the event being cancelled. But as the saying goes, there is always next year. Anyway. Back to the point. The reason I started to support Envision Virgin at the start of Season 5, was because the car had genuine race pace, and looked so racey. Also, Sam and robin have been awesome teammates the past two seasons, and I wouldnt have changed that for the world. The 4 wins i have watched as a fan have been so well fought, and two have been Sam's. I really hope he does well at Jaguar, and can finally win a championship. On to the team. They have done so much for me the last two seasons. They have asked around 10 questions of mine across the Behind the Visor series, and have so much fan participation on their socials. To be a massive fan of the team, and get picked to represent them on the worldwide feed, is an absolute honour, and honestly, i was so honoured to be asked. Jack Nicholls knew who i was for 1, and James and I are now even closer friends than before. So yeah!! Good luck at Jaguar next season Sam Thank you for everything!!!! Gonna miss you in purple that's for sure!!! Natalie Eyes forward :)
