Hey guys.
Haven’t updated my personal blog for a while…
However, I have some exciting news.
For those who don’t know, I started a formula e blog at the
start of the season, which entails me rounding up every session and giving my thoughts
in the lead up to the race weekend, and after each race. I had this thought after
Mexico; hey I have a blog, why not apply for accreditation. So, after the behemoth
process of Waiting for my account to be processed by the FIA, I can confirm
that my account was granted accreditation application status, and I have put my
application in for media at the London ePrix at the end of July!!!
I’m excited for 2 reasons:
1. It can go on my CV as experience for future
events, and may lead to a job in media in the future
2. Formula e has a big place in my heart, and to
even be considered for media accreditation, with how small my FE blog is
currently, just fills me with glee, and gives me the spark to keep my FE blog up after this season.
So yeah!!! I’m super super excited to see how this will progress,
and also how this will be, come the end of July. As usual, I’ll keep you guys updated
on my socials, and may do an extra blog post leading up to the event here. If I
get this, ill be so excited, and it’ll be so good to see how the media side of
fe works. I will possibly try to see if I can have a couple of interviews with
team members and drivers after the race too. If my accreditation goes through,
ill have access to the press conference after both races, so it’ll be fun and
cool. i'll be sure to blog and vlog everything.
